PAYMENT INFORMATION
  It is the responsibility of the payor to make payments ordered by the Court. Payments may be due before the wage order is in effect, This will require the payor to make payments to the CSEA. Payments SHOULD NOT be made directly to the payee. For more information visit the OCS Payment Information web site.
